70% Frappato and 30% Nero d'Avola. Again, 6 months of aging in cement then into the bottle.
Red Fruits, plums and mulberry. Sweet cherry finishing with little tannins. It's a light, delicious red. Jus de raisin or succo d'uva if you want. It's a natural wine. No vanilla or banana added flavour.
The purpose is to drink it young, fresh and bright.
