Rully 1er Cru Rabourcé 2018

100% Chardonnay.

In Latin meaning "place which is in the opposite direction to the normal direction", "Rabourcé" is located on the highest and warmest hillside in the North of the Rully appellation area and backwards from its neighbors "Raclot" and "Cloux". 

Floral, citrusy notes. Chalk a gogo. Toast and wood (new barriques are used).
Very elegant and digest.

White meats, hard cheeses, lobster.
