Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir. Gruner, Neuburger and Welschriesling.
A few days of skin contact. Part whole bunches, part direct press. Once fermented, blended into a 500L barrel made of local oak for 2 years.
Lemon, orange, honey and very elegant. Quite a juice.
No fining, no filtration, and no sulphites added.
