Marsanne (28 years old) 70%, Sauvignon blanc (13 years old) 30%.
Maceration of whole bunches of Sauvignon in a mixture of direct press and destemmed grapes manually from Marsanne for 45 days. Aged in vats for 8 months.
Notes of bergamot, fresh almond, mango, green olive, grapefruit... the mouth is tense, full, with a beautiful minerality, long on the white fruits.
Without added sulphites, no fining, no filtration. Purists.
