Soki Soki

100% Zibibbo. Vinified half in wood, half in glass demijohns, than aged in clay amphoras. Vines of 80 years old.

This wine is an adventure on its own. Hand destemmed, fermented in open air. Blessed by the island winds during the process.

Named after the island dialect name for the pumice rich soils of the vineyard.

Exotic notes of peach, apricot, lemongrass, grapefruit and tea. 

Mineral and saline. Long and intense.
