The plot is composed of yellow pumice,  which lends the wine its characteristic lift and translucency. Where terra forte soils deliver power and grip, deep soki soki drains freely, stresses the vine gently, and produces wines of tension and finesse.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe result is the most light and delicate expression of the range, with a focus on fruit and herbs: bitter citrus peel, apricot, peach and thyme.  The scents reflect the island’s maquis, with notes of alyssum and wild thyme.  Where Bugeber is dense and volcanic, Cufurà floats: fine-boned, saline and immediate, with a freshness that belies its skin-contact origins.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eCufurà’s delicate citrus notes, herbal freshness and gentle texture make it a natural companion to raw or lightly cooked seafood such as sea bream carpaccio, grilled prawns or a seafood couscous.
