Grenache (80%) and Syrah (20%).
Two years in concrete tanks and two years in oak barrels. Only 2mg of sulphites are added at the bottling stage, basically nothing. Unfiltered. On the nose, it is red fruits, cocoa, cassis and pepper.
A very fine and elegant wine; a natural wine that is very easy to drink even for those who are used only to "traditional wines." It is for now, but you can also drink it in 20 years.
Entrecôtes with green pepper sauce, café de Paris or Risotto with mushrooms would do just fine.
In Magnum, perfection.
