Rosso di Montalcino Mag
100% Sangiovese. 2 years of oak.
It's basically a Brunello di Montalcino with shorter ageing but as noble.
Characteristics of rustic youth, fruity (especially red fruits and plum), exuberance and a distinctive saline and earthy (balsamic and toasted feelings) profile in the end.
It's a killer red. As it's 2013, it's ready to be enjoyed... how convenient! Something to impress friends over dinner.
Great with good food. Earthy, rich food.
