100% Manzoni bianco, fermentation with skin contact for 7 days in concrete tanks with subsequent aging in acacia barrels for 12 months.
Clayey soil - limestone. The Manzoni Bianco was born from the union of the Rhineland Riesling with Pinot Bianco.
Straw yellow color. Notes of white fruit, pear, spices, flowers, honey and caramel.
Mineral and fresh, with great elegance and harmony.
It's good with fish and cheeses, but it's very versatile. Easy for apéro.
