Nino Barraco has a vineyard with 50 years old vines in contrada Stagnone, a few meters from the sea, with a fabulous limestone soil. He ferments the Catarratto for a year in the bottle.
Francesco Ferreri then adds the not yet fermented must from the out of this world Passulata from Pantelleria.

Aromatic, alive, salty. Immagine drinking the water from the sea of the salt-flats, with a tiny bit of bubbles.
Only a 1'000 bottles produced. Without added sulphites.
