Grande Sendrée Rosé

A parcel, A millésime, a very fine rosé Champagne. Great Gatsby style.

The Pinot Noir (90%) brings its power and vinosity in a very subtle manner. A splash of Chardonnay (10%) gives great elegance to the whole.

Complex bouquet opening on to notes of strawberry and gooseberry. On the palate it is very pure and elegant with a lovely roundness in the finish and a liveliness brought by the Chardonnay to which malolactic fermentation has not been applied.

Great for apéro, perfect with seafood or lamb.
