Return policy
Overview
This policy sets out how in vino sitis S.A. processes returns, when the minimum return requirements are met. We may change this policy at any time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.
1) Return
Returning a product with in vino sitis is easy. If for any reason you need to return a product send your request to info@invinositis.com with the following details:
- Purchase order number
- Reason of the return
Return and Exchange conditions:
- All products must be returned in their original condition, without having been altered in any way
- All products must be returned using original packages both internal and external.
You have 7 (seven) calendar days - from the day you have received the order as stated in the POD (proof of delivery) - to submit a return request. If this time frame is not respected, your request is not eligible for refund unless or eventually accepted at the discretion of in vino sitis.
We try our best to accept all returns however if a product is received in an unsuitable condition we have to decline the return. The products not eligible for refund will be then shipped back to you at your costs.
2) Shipping
Once your return request is processed and accepted by in vino sitis you shall proceed with the shipment of the products.
You have 15 (fifteen) calendar days - from the day from the email of the return acceptance is sent - to deliver the products to in vino sitis. If this time frame is not respected, in vino sitis is entitled to cancel your return process and/or refuse the parcel. This applies regardless of whether, for reasons outside our control you have not received that email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To ensure a safe arrival of your products to our warehouse you should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without having activated the return procedure. Returns of products not previously authorized by in vino sitis will be refused and not refunded.
3) Refund
Once your return is received at in vino sitis warehouse a quality check is performed. The products which meet all the minimum conditions (see art. 1) required for the return will be eligible for a refund. You will receive confirmation of the approval or rejection of your request by email.
Our goal is to process the refund within the business day after the quality check is completed.
The refund is always credited on the payment with which the original purchase was made. You acknowledge and accept that It may take some time before your refund is officially posted depending on the payment method to perform.
Refund is not granted for:
- Gift cards
- Sale products
- Corked bottles
- Product not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Late submission of return requests
- Late return of products related to a return request
- Shipping cost for returns
