Overview
Welcome to invinositis.com (hereinafter referred to as “in vino sitis”, “website”,”site”, “us”, “we”). Our website and all of our services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms & Conditions (starting now “T&C”). By accessing, browsing and shopping on invinosistis.com you irrevocably agree that these T&C shall exclusively regulate the relationship between you and us.
You can review the most current version of the T&C at any time at this page. From time to time we may update, change and modify this document at our discretion. Kindly check often for updates.
If you do not accept and agree to these T&C you may not use the website and we kindly ask you to leave immediately. Your continued use of the website constitutes your agreement to the T&C applicable at the time of every website use.
1. Prices
Prices on invinosistis.com and all transactions - payments, invoice and refunds - are in Swiss francs and are intended per unit. Prices are net of any tax, VAT or any other duty which may be levied in the country of dispatching of the products or in the country of delivery of your purchase. Shipping costs, duty and VAT will be charged on a per-shipment basis (see art.5).
Delivery for orders above CHF 150.- are free of charge. Orders up to CHF 149.95 are subject to a shipping fee of CHF 15.-
Prices may vary according to market conditions and are subject to availability at the time of order confirmation. We have the right to (i) cancel the order or (ii) adjust the prices following any increase in taxes, duties or shipping.
2. Payment
The full amount of the products purchased (including, if applicable, sales tax and/or shipping and/or packaging) is due at checkout. Any additional costs and/or transaction fees charged by your bank or credit card remains at your expense and they must not be deducted from the total amount of the purchase order.

3. Quality, defectiveness and notification of defects
In vino sitis undertakes the proper safekeeping and storage of wines in its possession but is not responsible or liable for the state and condition of the wines or whether the wine corresponds to the quality which might be expected from its description.
You have 7 (seven) calendar days - from the day you have received the order - to report to in vino sitis any non-compliant products.
4. Purchase order
By shopping on invinosistis.com you implicitly agree to our T&C. All orders we receive are subject to availability and acceptance, we retain the right to refuse or cancel any order at any moment.
Your order will be accepted and the contract between us will be completed only when you receive an email from us notifying you that we have dispatched the products you ordered. This notification shall be deemed as purchase confirmation. The products are shipped only upon the full payment of the purchase order.
Your order can be modified or cancelled ad long as it has not been packed and/or shipped. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations before the order enter our shipping queue.
Risks and benefits regarding the purchased products are transferred from in vino sitis to you at the moment of delivery of the products to the dispatcher for shipping.
5. Shipping and delivery
Invinosistis.com currently serves any desired address in Switzerland. The delivery service is carried out through one of the following couriers:
- Vinolog (Posta)
- DHL
- Planzer e Schenker

6. Return and refund
Returning a product with in vino sitis is easy, you just need to follow our Return Policy Here.
You have 7 (seven) calendar days - from the day you have received the order - to submit a return request.
7. Age restrictions
By placing an order with in vino sitis, you confirm that you meet the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol in the country where you live. If we discover that you are not legally entitled to purchase alcohol, we shall be entitled to cancel the order immediately and without notice.
8. Liability
We are not liable for any defect of the goods. In vino sitis’s liability for any failure to perform its obligations is limited to damages caused by gross negligence or intention.
9. Governing Law
All contracts are governed by Swiss material law, with the exception of international private law regulations.
10. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from or in connection with this contract shall be exclusively judged by the competent court of Lugano (Ticino, Switzerland). In vino sitis also has the right to assert its rights before the courts of competent jurisdiction of the Buyer. You declare to elect Lugano (Ticino, Switzerland) as special domicile according to article 50 par. 2 of the Swiss Federal Law on debt collection and bankruptcy (Swiss Federal Law on Bankruptcy, RS 281.1).
