Les Vinages plot is just next to the Church of the village, in the heart of the Terroir.
Clay of 60 cm deep with limestone soil underneath. 

This red is of a Champenois character with the Meunier identity. Ripe and generous fruits, with real finesse and tension.

Very little sulphites were used for this cuvée (less than 30mg/total).
