100% Chardonnay. Terroirs of Chavot and Epernay. Limestone soil with a presence of fine silts and chalk on the surface. Chalky subsoils.  50% of which are reserve wines of past years kept in barrels.

Mineral, richer and earthier than most BdB. It's a Laherte... Terroir and Terroir.

Racy, refined, with notes of white flowers, dried fruits, apple and pear.

Intense, vinous and fresh. Classy.

Ideal as an apéro or even better with lobster. Paccheri with lobster. Chicken roast.
