Bouzeron is fresh and alive. Acidity and minerality are extremely well balanced. Notes of citrus, melon and pineapple.
White-green in hue with a hint of gold, silken in the mouth with a discreet scent of vanilla in the nose. It is dry but delicate, you will appreciate its vivacity and its thirst-quenching quality.
To best appreciate the freshness and fruit, Bouzeron should be drunk young, within two or three years. To allow the wine to fully develop fullness and "fatness", age it for up to ten years.
Perfect for apèro, with seafood or cheese. Extremely good value for money.
