La Bouchaude

Founded in 2020, Domaine La Bouchaude is a passionate new voice in the Jura wine scene, rooted in the heart of Bersaillin within the Côtes du Jura appellation.

Anne Petitot brings a wealth of experience to her estate, having honed her craft across continents and within celebrated Jura houses including Julien Pineau, the Tissots, and Domaine de Ratapoil. Beginning with just 80 ares and a bold vision, she has grown the domaine to 2.3 hectares, all farmed organically with a deep respect for the land and its rhythms.

Her wines reflect both tradition and a thoughtful modern touch. The white Enivrez-vous, a 100% Savagnin with delicate oxidative notes and the red Poésie, combining Trousseau, Pinot Noir and Poulsard, are expressive, terroir-driven cuvées that speak authentically to the soul of the Jura.
