75% Pinot Gris with 10 days skin contac, mostly whole bunches and 25% destemmed Poulsard. Aged in vats, wines on iridescent Trias marl soil (En Trouillot Bâtard, Poligny).
A light red / dark rosé super digest wine. Drink slightly cold.
Strawberries and a rainbow of citrusy fruits. Some delicate spices.
Works perfectly for apéro and does wonders with Asian food.
