L'Oiseau Rôdeur

Founded in 2021, L'Oiseau Rôdeur is a rising star in the Jura wine scene, nestled in the vibrant vineyards of Poligny and Grozon.

Marie Menoux and Thomas Rougier have focused on organic farming and natural winemaking, ensuring every bottle expresses the character of their land. Working on 4 hectares in Poligny and Grozon, they converted their parcels to organic methods from the start, embracing indigenous yeasts and avoiding filtration or fining. 

Drawing on experience with esteemed Jura estates such as Les Pieds sur Terre, Les Bottes Rouges, and Nicolas Jacob, they are crafting wines that reflect the authenticity and precision of the Jura terroir.
