Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Sale price Price CHF 29.90 Regular price CHF 0.00 Unit price  per

100% Pinot Noir. 15 months in old French oak. Sourced from vineyards in Nuits Saint Georges, Marsannay and the Côtes de Beaune, on clay and marl soils mixed with stony limestone.

Marchand Tawse's Bourgogne Pinot Noir is their bestselling cuvée and the most accessible expression of Pascal Marchand's biodynamic philosophy. Fruit is carefully selected from trusted growers across the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, with the majority coming from around Nuits Saint Georges itself. 2022 was a generous, ripe vintage that delivered wines of immediate charm, vibrant fruit and a fresh, crunchy character that makes this perfect drinking from a young age.

Bright ruby with an inviting nose of tart cherry, wild strawberry, red berries and forest floor, with a delicate hint of spice and earth in the background. On the palate the wine is fresh, precise and nicely balanced, with a vibrant, saline length and supple tannins that make it exceptionally easy to enjoy. A best seller for good reason.

Perfect with chicken, roast beef, seafood, light pasta dishes or a good cheese board.
