100% Pinot Noir. Aged in barrels.

This cuvée is the precise expression of the Bouzy terroir through two
parcels. The power of the terroir of these south-facing Pinot Noir vines on the
Montagne de Reims combines with the freshness and tension derived
from the chalky subsoil.

This Bouzy Grand Cru Champagne offers bright aromas of lemon zest, green apple, and white peach, touched with red cherry and a hint of brioche. On the palate, crisp acidity and a stony mineral edge give energy and precision to its ripe fruit core.
Long, dry finish with lingering citrus and toasted notes.

Extra-Brut disgorgment by hand. 2 Gr /l.
