Elegant, luminous, and refreshingly precise, Drappier Blanc de Blancs is a pure expression of Chardonnay from the Côte des Bar. Crafted with finesse and minimal intervention, this Champagne offers a delicate bouquet of white peach, citrus zest, and fresh almond, lifted by floral notes and a subtle minerality.
Nevertheless, an original feature of the Drappier House, a splash of Pinot Blanc, called "Blanc Vrai" in Champagne, is sometimes added to the cuvée in order to increase its complexity and roundness.
On the palate, it’s lively and graceful, with fine bubbles and a creamy texture that gives way to flavors of pear, green apple, and a hint of brioche. The finish is clean, crisp, and enduring—perfect for aperitifs or paired with seafood, sashimi, or fine cheeses.
True to the Drappier philosophy, this cuvée is vinified with low sulphur and sustainable practices, highlighting the purity of the fruit and the house's commitment to authenticity.
