Pacina
Pacina is not just a winery—it’s a living, working farm in Castelnuovo Berardenga, Tuscany, where Giovanna Tiezzi and Stefano Borsa have farmed organically since the early 1980s. The vines share space with olive trees, cereals, forest, and life—all part of the estate’s ecological balance.
Pacina’s wines—like Pacina, Donesco, and La Cerretina—are made with long macerations, wild yeasts, no fining or filtration, and little (if any) sulfur. Sangiovese is the heart here: rustic, wild, structured, and soulful—wines built to evolve over years.
Explore a true Tuscan expression: farm-born, time-shaped, and delivered across Switzerland.
