50% Chardonnay, 50% Savagnin. Direct press. Aged for 10 months in barrels of 400 L and tank. Grapes grown on iridescent Triassic marl (En Trouillot Bâtard, Poligny).
Delicate and vibrant, it is born from a cool terroir that lends it a beautiful tension.
The nose offers subtle aromas of white flowers, citrus and yellow-fleshed fruit, with a slight saline touch.
On the palate, the texture is ethereal, supported by chiselled acidity and an elegant, almost hazy finish that leaves a refreshing mineral imprint.
A lovely match for oysters, grilled fish, mild goat’s cheese or a simple aperitif among friends. Serve well chilled.
