Weinbau Grob

Philipp Grob is the young vigneron behind this Domaine.

3 vineyards in Sankt Gallen for a total of 2 hectares. Herbicides are deliberately avoided, out of respect for biodiversity and soil. Consistent. Unique.

The wines rests in barrels for a year and bottled by hand. Unfiltered, unfined and without added sulphites. Wines full of energy and passion. Fully vegan.  Fermented spontaneously and without additives.

Simple. Throughout the process, from the vine to the bottle. The sun on the eastern Swiss slopes does most of the work. Philipp Grob intervenes in support.

A cool cellar with many windows and an old wall built into the rock. Right on the Steinach, where the monk Gallus stumbled in 612 and made his miraculous encounter with the bear. A magical place.
