100% Poulsard. The grapes are destemmed and transferred manually into vats, where they macerate for around 15 days with regular punching down of the cap. The wine then ages for 8 months in oak barrels before being bottled unfiltered with no added sulphites.
Light and elegant, it offers notes of red berries, cranberries and subtle earthiness, with a hint of dried herbs. Fresh acidity and silky tannins make it a versatile, food-friendly wine with a soft and charming finish.
