100% Pinot Noir. Aged in barrique.
Hand harvested grapes are pressed gently and given a brief, cool maceration on their skins, just enough to coax out color and aromatic depth without tipping into weight.

A rosé that plays with its own mischief, named after Goethe's runaway spell. Bright, restless, and a little untamed, just like the spirits it's called after.

A pale coral pink in the glass. The nose opens with wild strawberry, crushed rose petal, and a whisper of blood orange, followed by hints of white pepper and wet stone. On the palate it's lean and precise, with juicy red fruit, a saline edge, and a crisp, dry finish that lingers with citrus zest and a faint almond note.

Made for the table as much as the terrace. Try it with grilled octopus, tomato and burrata salad, charcuterie, or spicy Thai noodles. It also holds its own alongside soft cheeses and a simple bowl of olives on a warm evening.

This classy rosé of Pinot Noir from Zürich will have your guests asking for more!

Microscopic production, rare gem.
