100% Pinot Noir. Vignes de la Famille Tawse. Biodynamically farmed, hand harvested estate vines in the Côte de Nuits, Gevrey Chambertin. Aged 20 months in oak, 65% new.

Cuvée Ronde is a village wine that punches well above its appellation, with the structure and depth that only Gevrey Chambertin can deliver.

2022 was a warm, generous vintage in Burgundy, producing wines of remarkable ripeness and approachability while retaining the freshness and precision that define the Côte de Nuits at its best.

Deep ruby with an intense and expressive nose of dark cherry, wild berries and earthy forest floor, underpinned by a fine mineral tension that speaks directly of Gevrey's iconic limestone terroir. On the palate the wine is rich, structured and precise, with beautifully integrated tannins, a savory complexity and a long, compelling finish. Drinking well now but built to reward patience. In magnum, the ageing potential only grows.

Excellent with beef carpaccio, mushroom risotto, roast lamb, game and aged hard cheeses such as Époisses or Comté.
