80% Savagnin, 20% Chardonnay.
The Savagnin, after being destemmed, was macerated for 11 days and then aged in cuve for 11 months. The Chardonnay was pressed directly and aged in barrel.
Floral nose with notes of stone fruit and quince. Complex, long, crisp and salty.
Imagine this with some Compté cheese. Ciao.
