Millésime Exception Mag
65% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay. 50% of the wines are matured in oak barrels for 1 year. Dosage: 5.6 g/l.
After bottling, the cuvée is aged for at least 5 years sur lattes.
A very complex, rich nose revealing hints of white fruits, almond and fresh ginger. In the mouth it is lightly creamy with good tightness and a suggestion of brioche. A floral touch testifies the high proportion of Chardonnay while the depth of the Pinot Noir is expressed in the form of red fruits and appealing bitter notes.
Ideal as an aperitif. Perfect with sea bass, risotto, sole à la plancha or fois gras.
