100% Chardonnay. Aged 14 months in barriques of which 20% new oak.
The vines are mainly on brown limestone soils alternating with
clay limestone marl and the exposition is south east.
Golden and clear yellow. Butter, grapefruit, vanilla, peach and apricot.
Mineral and very elegant with a long finish.
