Rully 1er Cru Cloux Blanc

100% Chardonnay.

Grown on a steep slope whose inclination gives it one of the most beautiful exposures in the Rully appellation. Mineral and elegant, with floral notes and a precise, tense finish. A wine with real Chassagne-Montrachet character.

Ideally served with pan-seared scallops, roast chicken with cream sauce, grilled river fish, or aged Comté. It also works well with sushi and creamy risotto.
