Trebbiano & Malvasia Toscana. Extended Maceration of 3 months, softly pressed and bottled at the end of Feb 2021.
The quintessential perfect white tuscan. Aromatically very glou, a bit of tannins, white flower, slightly salty.
Helena served it with Spaghetti alla bottarga. It also worked perfectly with the burrata.
Without added sulphites.
