In the northern Rhône hills of Saint-Joseph, Paul Estève and Chrystelle Gauthier farm just a few hectares of vines using biodynamic principles.
Their domaine, Les Miquettes, is as hands-off and earth-connected as it gets: Syrah and Viognier are fermented with native yeasts, aged in handmade clay amphorae, and bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfur.
Expect untamed energy: rustic Syrah with smoke and spice, textured orange Viognier with grip and herbal lift. These are wines with raw character and zero makeup—meant for drinkers who seek honesty and terroir.
