Trebbiano and Malvasia. Skin contact of about a month. After pressing, the wine is aged in a combination of acacia barrels, oak barriques and clay eggs.
Intense yellow towards gold. It's super exotic. Yellow and candid fruits, sweet spices and citrus. It's fresh and long. Falls under "glou glou material".
Ideal with seafood, sea bass or roast chicken.
