100% Nosiola, fermented and aged 8 months on the skins in tinajas (amphorae).
Yellow matte gold color. The nose is pronounced on intense scents of exotic fruit, citrus fruit, flowers, herbs. Very mineral. A white wine that requires patience and time, best if opened an hour before drinking and a minimum temperature of 15 degrees.
It has a great body and balance. Sapid and discreetly fresh, with a distinct soft and creamy component, it closes long, with great elegance.
It goes well with fish and cheeses but it's very versatile. It's a kind of wine that goes well in every occasion. It's delicious, really.
