100% Pinot Grigio, fermented and aged 8 months on the skins in tinajas (amphorae).
It arises from the cooperation of Foradori and Marco Devigili, biodynamic winegrower of the Campo Rotaliano, and expresses the essence of this variety widely diffused in Trentino.
Pink gold. Beautiful soft bouquet with tangerine, tea, strawberries, spices and flowers. Probably Foradori's top pick for the lovers of particular, very natural wines. A tiny bit of that volatile acidity that you find in orange wines.
It's very cool and very digest. Candied citrus peel, herbs, floral and great acidity with freshness.
With fish or vegetables (ideally asian cuisine), it will do wonders.
