Foradori

 

Foradori is a biodynamic pioneer in Trentino, led by Elisabetta Foradori since 1984 and now carried forward by her children Emilio, Theo, and Myrtha.

Their family estate spans over 28 ha in the Campo Rotaliano, where soil-driven heroes like Teroldego (Granato, Sgarzon, Morei) and ancient whites like Nosiola and Manzoni Bianco thrive.

Vines are massally selected and farmed without chemicals, certified Demeter since 2009. Wines see spontaneous fermentation, often in amphorae or tinajas, with extended skin contact to highlight terroir and textural depth.
