82% Colombard, 18% Aramon. Completely destemmed. 40 days skin contact in amphora then 8 month in cuve. Red & White grapes blend. Colombard is also known as an offspring of Chenin Blanc.
Dark rosé / light red material. Funny because it's a bit like an aromatic white in the mouth. La Sorga unique kind.
Citrus, peaches and mineral. Notes of flowers that might remind a red. Slightly tannic but only slightly.

Without added sulphites, no fining, no filtration. Purists.
