100% Gewürztraminer from vines up to fifty years old planted over clay and limestone in Obernai. 
7 days in whole grapes then start of the pigeage 1x per day for 6 days. 3/4 in barriques, 1/4 in amphora.

Vines in Biodynamics, no tractor passage, only quad, total enherbement, Poussard pruning.

Misty shades of pink and orange. Very aromatic, with a twist. Delicate notes of roses, orange peel and spices.
