80% Ortrugo, 20% local native varieties such as Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, Marsanne and Trebbiano Romagnolo. 8 months of skin contact in cement vats. Part aged in fiberglass, part aged in acacias and chestnuts barriques of 500 litres for 1 year.
Very calcareous soil. Limestone and marne soil. Very small grapes and small yield with plenty of tannins.
This is one seriously perfect orange wine. The flavour palette from Honey, Apricots, Peaches, Orange zest is quite a delight.
Without any addition of sulphites, unfined and unfiltered. Label by Ayumi Takahashi.
