30% Montepulciano, 20% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Primitivo and 10% Susumaniello. Aged on fine lees for 36 months in stainless steel tanks.
Skin maceration lasts 20–30 days, followed by soft pressing. The wine is naturally clarified and stabilized, with no fining agents or filtration.
Bright purple-red with violet highlights. The nose is fresh, fruity, and mineral. Medium bodied, well balanced, with fine tannins and a lively, savory finish.
