Skin contact for 3 months before resting roughly 3 years in oak. The color is gold as its taste. Alive and intense, very intense, with aromatic and herbal notes. Orange peel, peaches, apricots and honey.
One of the best orange wines in the world. Goes with pretty much everything but kills it with seafood.
