Merlot 2006 50cl
The maceration of the skin with the juice lasts for a couple of months in large oak vats. The wine is then matured for 5 years in old oak barrels. Then, when the time is right, the wine is released.
Very intense red ruby. Extremely profound and deep. Fruity, spicy, balsamic notes, long forever, a bit of liquorice. Elegant and silky. Sommeliers talk for hours about this wine while I drink it. Lots of sediments, this is really natural and unfiltered. It's insane. The living proof you can drink Merlot without added sulphites.
The Radikons say that this, more than a Merlot is a Radikon. It's just so different.
