South West exposure for the vines grown on sandy and rocky land. Extremely rich in microelements. Ansonaco is now a grape that is roughly inexistent.
The color is off-chart. It's deep and intense gold. Perfumes of mature fruits, apricot, honey, mediterrean herbs, white pepper and those south italian red oranges. It's warm and round. Very typical of Isola del Giglio.
Francesco, the producer, says it's like Ice Tea. Indeed it is!
Great for apero as well as with seafood.
