“Words are flowing out like endless rain into a paper cup. They slither wildly as they slip away across the universe. Jai guru deva, om...”
“Jai Guru Deva” is a Beatles quote, a tribute to John Lennon. This phrase means: thank you divine master. With this name I wanted to show my thanks to my WINE masters, the ones who taught me the beauty of wine making, Fernando Garcia from Sierra de Gredos, Basilio Izquierdo from Rioja, René Barbier from Priorat (they really call him “Guru” in his area), Giulio Armani and also San Colombano, the Godfather of winemaking in Piacenza.” Shun Minowa
