Carignan: One-third fermented as whole clusters, two-thirds destemmed, with 2 months of maceration.
Syrah: Half whole-cluster, half destemmed, with 1 month of maceration.
Grenache: Fermented entirely as whole clusters for 13 days.

Soil: Rolled pebbles of quartz and granite, with a limestone or basalt subsoil, at an altitude of 100 to 140 meters.
Aging: 14 to 18 months in tank. The final blend includes one-third of each variety.

Juicy, wild, and refreshingly unpolished. Expect bright cherry and raspberry on the nose, underlined by crushed herbs, black pepper, and a subtle earthy funk. On the palate, it's supple and energetic — ripe red fruit meets soft tannins and a lively, mineral finish. It drinks like a conversation: open, evolving, and full of character.

Serve slightly chilled and give it a bit of air. Perfect with charcuterie, grilled vegetables, or just good company.

Without added sulphites, no fining, no filtration. Purists.
