100% Riesling from the Babušák plot.
Delicate fizz coming from secondary fermentation in the bottle.
First, in 2018, the still wine was made, aged for about a year in local acacia barrel. The year after, the freshly fermenting must from the same plot was used as liqueur de tirage.
Bottled in October 2019, laying on its fine lees since. Undisgorged and meant to remain so; the lees are the mother of the wine, nourishing and keeping it in good shape.
No fining, no filtration, and no sulphites added. Pure juice. Only 1'500 bottles made.
