A blend of Moscato d'Alessandria (also called Zibibbo) and Albanello. Aged 6 months in cement vats.
Citrus, spices, mineral, aromatic. There are camomile and grapefruit notes.
Even though it's a killer with seafood, we mostly drink it for apéros.
